After you create an event request, you can edit the list of vehicles.
To change vehicles for event request:
- Navigate to timeline
- Select the event by clicking on the outline on the timeline.
- There are 2 ways to access ”edit vehicle list”
- Right-click on the event and click - “Remove or add vehicles”
- Click on “Edit vehicle list” under “event details” on the right.
- Click “X” to remove vehicles from the request
- Select available vehicles on the timeline to add them to a request
- Click “Save”
Operators will receive an email notification that the event has been modified.
To modify the already approved event, follow the same steps.
